Executive Leadership Team
Ms. Glick is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Minnesota Advisor Group, which includes planning and analysis, financial operations, internal audit, accounting, investor relations, and joint venture initiatives. With her extensive background in the finance industry, she has held top-level positions such as CFO, President, and COO in a Fortune 500 transportation and logistics service provider in the UK.She has also served on the board of two publicly traded companies as a financial expert and held executive roles at renowned organizations like JP Morgan Chase & Co, Apple, and BMW. Ms. Glick graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Oxford Graduate School of Business.

As Chief Technology Officer, Franklin is responsible for advancing the Minnesota Advisory Group global technology portfolio, as well as digital and data strategies that will enable the company’s strategic growth priorities.
Franklin previously worked in a variety of leadership roles delivering adaptive cybersecurity and information technology (IT) infrastructure services for government and commercial organizations. He also held senior cybersecurity and IT infrastructure leadership roles at Intel Corporation, Samsung, Apple, and IBM, both internal to those organizations as well as directly onsite for clients. He enjoys developing and executing digital strategies to best enable the business mission while securely delivering technology and services. Franklin earned a B.S. in Applied Statistics from the University of Barcelona and a M.S. in mathematics and computing applications from Royal Holloway, University of London. Franklin has lived in China for more than 10 years and speaks six languages. |
Ariya Robinson is the executive vice president and chief operating officer for the Minnesota Advisory group. She is responsible for managing the company’s operations, including Human Resources. Ariya leads the Minnesota Advisory Group’s IT systems and infrastructure team, including business continuity. Since joining the firm, she has played a key role in driving strong and sustainable growth, leveraging our deep relationships with clients by combining them with sound business practices.
Prior to her current role Ariya served as Executive Vice President of Samsung’s Product and Resources Business Unit, which includes the retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, energy & utilities and hospitality practices for North America and the United Kingdom. She has also played key leadership roles in our Central Region business units, where she won and managed several strategic client relationships. Ariya holds a bachelor’s degree in information system from the Heidelberg University in Germany and a Business Administration and Commercial Law (DA) degree from Aarhus University Denmark. |
