Ariya Robinson
Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Glick is responsible for the company financials. Along with budgeting, accounting, and reporting. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, of a Fortune 500 publicly-traded transportation and logistics service provider in the United Kingdom. 

She has served on the board of two publicly traded companies as a financial expert and has held executive positions at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Apple, and Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, commonly referred to as BMW. Ms. Glick holds a BA in economics from the University of Cambridge and a MBA from the University of Oxford Graduate School of Business.
As Chief Technology Officer, Franklin is responsible for advancing the digital experience for firm users, empowering the business, and providing technology to advance operational effectiveness and delivery to our clients. 
 
Franklin previously worked in a variety of leadership roles delivering adaptive cybersecurity and information technology (IT) infrastructure services for government and commercial organizations.  He also held senior cybersecurity and IT infrastructure leadership roles at  Intel Corporation, Samsung, Apple and IBM, both internal to those organizations as well as directly onsite for clients. He enjoys developing and executing digital strategies to best enable the business mission while securely delivering technology and services.
 
Franklin earned a B.S. in Applied Statistics from the University of Barcelona and a M.S. in mathematics and computing applications from Royal Holloway, University of London. Franklin  has lived in China for more than 10 years and speaks six languages.
Ariya Robinson, Chief Operating Officer is responsible for managing the company’s operations, including Human Resources. Ariya leads the Minnesota Advisory Group’s IT systems and infrastructure team, including business continuity. Since joining the firm she has played a key role in driving strong and sustainable growth, leveraging our deep relationships with clients by combining them with sound business practices.
​
Prior to her current role Ariya served as Executive Vice President of Samsung’s Product and Resources Business Unit, which includes the retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, energy & utilities and hospitality practices for North America and the United Kingdom. She has also played key leadership roles in our Central Region business units, where she won and managed several strategic client relationships. Ariya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System from the Heidelberg University in Germany and a Business Administration and Commercial Law (DA) degree from Aarhus University Denmark.

Vikas Ranganerkary, PhD.
Chief Data Scientist

Vikas Ranganekary, PhD. is the Chief Data Scientist for the Minnesota Advisory Group. He is responsible for building the company data science platform through graph analytics, machine learning and cognitive computing to accelerate transformation of data into a strategic asset for public sector and commercial enterprises. He functions as a principal investigator in advanced research studies, including Nanotechnology, Robotics, Additive Manufacturing and Gamification. He significantly advances the body of knowledge of research and critical, highly advanced engineering and scientific disciplines.

​Vikas received his Dual Bachelor of Science degree and Master Degree in Computer Information System from the Bharathidasan University (India). He also completed his PhD. in Statistics from Maynooth University, in Maynooth, Ireland.

Gerino Paolantonio
Vice President, Healthcare Technology

A native of Naples, Italy, Mr. Paolantonio, leads the Healthcare Technology practice and is responsible for the overall performance of the portfolio, including: strategic planning and execution, market positioning, people development, client management and financial results. Throughout his career, he has launched and led successful practices providing healthcare clients with large-scale business transformation and technology modernization solutions.

​Mr. Paolantonio earned a BA Psychology from University of Bologna, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Dr. Robert Linhart
Vice President, Information Technology
& Cyber 
Security

Dr. Linhart, Vice President, Information Technology & Cyber Security with the Minnesota Advisory Group leads the development and delivery of management consulting and complex IT solutions. He is mainly is responsible for providing strategic leadership for all information technology and cybersecurity activities. He has a diverse portfolio of experience leading major strategy, business planning, and IT transformation efforts for private, international and public sector clients. 
He has spent his entire career successfully growing and executing diverse portfolios of business and leading major transformation and infrastructure modernization efforts across a wide portfolio of private and US government clients. He holds a Doctorate in Engineering from Darmstadt University of Technology an MBA in Finance and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Copenhagen.

Stefanie Wackernagel
Senior Vice President of Operations, Europe

Stefanie Wackernagel is the Senior Vice President of Operations for the Minnesota Advisory Group European market. In this role, she is responsible for strategy, execution, business results and client satisfaction for the company’s business across Europe. 
​
Previously she held the position of Vice President for Global Technology Services, with worldwide responsibility for Infrastructure Services, which includes Mobility, Resiliency, Systems and Networking service lines, and Technology Support Services. Wackernagel’s prior roles include General Manager of Volkswagen Group, Japan. In this position, she was responsible for all aspects of the Volkswagen Group in the region. 

Wackernagel has served in various additional leadership roles, including General Manager of Product Lifecycle Management, General Manager and Managing Director of Volkswagen’s worldwide business. She holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.

Aidan Eisenberg
Vice President, Revenue Cycle

Mr. Eisenberg has more than 10 years of experience in revenue cycle operations. His experience includes leadership roles at GE Healthcare IT. He has extensive experience with healthcare financial management, ambulatory care and workforce management software.
Mr. Eisenberg has an in-depth knowledge of enabling technologies and best practices utilized within today’s hospital revenue cycle.  He has assisted hospitals with various financial improvement initiatives throughout his career including, revenue cycle operational performance improvements, charge master improvements, charge capture enhancements, strategic pricing, denial management and managed care payer yield improvements.   

​Eisenberg earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
