Ariya Robinson
Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Glick is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Minnesota Advisor Group, which includes planning and analysis, financial operations, internal audit, accounting, investor relations, and joint venture initiatives. With her extensive background in the finance industry, she has held top-level positions such as CFO, President, and COO in a Fortune 500 transportation and logistics service provider in the UK.She has also served on the board of two publicly traded companies as a financial expert and held executive roles at renowned organizations like JP Morgan Chase & Co, Apple, and BMW. Ms. Glick graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Oxford Graduate School of Business.
As Chief Technology Officer, Franklin is responsible for advancing the Minnesota Advisory Group global technology portfolio, as well as digital and data strategies that will enable the company’s strategic growth priorities.

Franklin previously worked in a variety of leadership roles delivering adaptive cybersecurity and information technology (IT) infrastructure services for government and commercial organizations.  He also held senior cybersecurity and IT infrastructure leadership roles at Intel Corporation, Samsung, Apple, and IBM, both internal to those organizations as well as directly onsite for clients. He enjoys developing and executing digital strategies to best enable the business mission while securely delivering technology and services.

​Franklin earned a B.S. in Applied Statistics from the University of Barcelona and a M.S. in mathematics and computing applications from Royal Holloway, University of London. Franklin has lived in China for more than 10 years and speaks six languages.
Ariya Robinson is the executive vice president and chief operating officer for the Minnesota Advisory group. She is responsible for managing the company’s operations, including Human Resources. Ariya leads the Minnesota Advisory Group’s IT systems and infrastructure team, including business continuity. Since joining the firm, she has played a key role in driving strong and sustainable growth, leveraging our deep relationships with clients by combining them with sound business practices.
​
Prior to her current role Ariya served as Executive Vice President of Samsung’s Product and Resources Business Unit, which includes the retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, energy & utilities and hospitality practices for North America and the United Kingdom. She has also played key leadership roles in our Central Region business units, where she won and managed several strategic client relationships. Ariya holds a bachelor’s degree in information system from the Heidelberg University in Germany and a Business Administration and Commercial Law (DA) degree from Aarhus University Denmark.

Vikas Ranganerkary, PhD.
Chief Data Scientist

Dr. Vikas Ranganekary is the current Chief Data Scientist for the Minnesota Advisory Group, he is currently responsible for the development of the company's data science platform. He utilizes graph analytics, machine learning, and cognitive computing to transform data into a strategic asset for public sector and commercial enterprises.

Additionally, he conducts advanced research studies in various fields, including Nanotechnology, Robotics, Additive Manufacturing, and Gamification, contributing significantly to the body of knowledge in these areas. Dr. Ranganekary earned a Dual Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's degree in Computer Information System from Bharathidasan University in India. He completed his PhD in Statistics from Maynooth University in Ireland.

Gerino Paolantonio
Vice President, Healthcare Technology

​Gerino Paolantonio is a proud Naples, Italy native, he is currently in charge of the Healthcare Technology practice and oversees its performance. His responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, market positioning, people development, client management, and financial results.
​
​With his extensive experience, he has led and launched successful practices that have provided healthcare clients with large-scale business transformation and technology modernization solutions. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Bologna and an MBA from Stanford University.

Dr. Robert Linhart
Vice President, Information Technology
& Cyber 
Security

Dr. Robert Linhart is the current Vice President of Information Technology & Cyber Security for the Minnesota Advisory Group. He is currently in charge of leading the development and delivery of management consulting and complex IT solutions. He is mainly responsible for providing strategic leadership for all information technology and cybersecurity activities. He has a diverse portfolio of experience leading major strategic business planning, and IT transformation efforts for private, international, and public sector clients.
​
He has spent his entire career successfully growing and executing diverse portfolios of business and leading major transformation and infrastructure modernization efforts across a wide portfolio for private and US government clients. He holds a Doctorate in Engineering from Darmstadt University of Technology an MBA in Finance and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Copenhagen.

Stefanie Wackernagel
Senior Vice President of Operations, Europe

Stefanie Wackernagel is the current Senior Vice President of Operations for the Minnesota Advisory Group European market. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s business across Europe, including strategy, execution, business results, and client satisfaction.
Before her current position, Wackernagel worked as the Vice President for Global Technology Services, where she had worldwide responsibility for Infrastructure Services, which includes Mobility, Resiliency, Systems, and Networking service lines, as well as Technology Support Services. She has also held the position of General Manager of Volkswagen Group Japan, where she was responsible for all aspects of the Volkswagen Group in the region. Throughout her career, Wackernagel has held several other leadership roles, including General Manager of Product Lifecycle Management ,General Manager and Managing Director of Volkswagen’s worldwide business. She obtained her master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.

Dolphe Magloire Sr.
​Chief Strategy officer & Business Development 

As the Chief Strategy Officer and Business Development for the Minnesota Advisory Group, Dolphe oversees the management consulting and professional services offered by all 14 divisions of the organization. He is also responsible for making all the major corporate decisions, managing overall operations, and setting the company's strategic direction and also providing outside consultancy services and strategic business advice to leading organizations worldwide on various areas such as, Digital Engineering, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Human Capital Management, IT Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing, Research Advisory, Benchmarking Analytics, and Strategy Consulting. Dolphe's exceptional abilities in systems thinking, financial acumen, leadership, technology and data analysis, strategic talent development and business insight have led to a phenomenal growth of more than 475% in the organization's earnings.
 
Dolphe is a well-respected highly experienced Global Human Resources evidence-based practitioner who adopts a strategic approach towards People operations. He emphasizes the use of AI-powered insights, predictive analytics, evidence-based methodologies, cultural transformation, and continuous learning to stay ahead of the curve. Dolphe is passionate about research findings, empirical studies, and implementing AI-powered technology to provide efficient human resources solutions that prioritize high performance culture and drive outstanding business results. 

​Prior to joining Minnesota Advisory Group, Dolphe spent 13 years at General Electric Company (GE), which is a top Fortune 50 company and one of the most complex, innovative, and recognizable organization. Dolphe was responsible for overseeing the Talent Innovation Lab at GE, and he held many key HR Executive Leadership positions within their Global Human Resources Operations. He expertly supported a group of more than 35,000 high performance employees, across 4 strategic business units within 400 locations in 24 countries, which led to revenue surpassing 15.5 billion USD. Dolphe is also multilingual, proficient in five languages. He obtained a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from École Polytechnique and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University.
